Twice a year, every second weekend in June and November, Asheville’s River Arts District Artists open their studios to the public for two days of festivities known as the STUDIO STROLL. Keep in mind that the arts are a huge economic engine in WNC. Make a list of upcoming wedding, birthday, anniversary, and other gifts you need, and buy something while you stroll. Love Asheville, Buy Local!
Visit 130 working artist studios and galleries in Asheville’s River Arts District. Download the Studio Guide before you go.
Open from 10am to 6 PM both Saturday & Sunday.

Outdoor Cinema at the Wedge Brewery
Also, Saturday evening, 10 minutes after sunset, Wedge Brewery will be showing “Dead Again” for their outdoor cinema. Bring your lawn chair, and grab a pint.
The River Arts District is one of the special areas of this city. It is not to be missed…where creativity and commerce meet and the community is enriched.
What fun to have the honor to meet the artists in their studios!
