Found the Wedge while searching for 12Bones BBQ after 4:00 pm one Friday. 12 bones was closed but the Wedge Microbrewery was open and overflowing with happy beer drinkers. I tried a Payne’s Pale Ale served with an orange slice (I’m a sucker for oranges being I’m from Florida). I loved the pale ale and the casual, local ambience.
